About the Author
R.P. Singh is among India’s best-known technocrats in the infrastructure and power sector. Singh is now an independent consultant and writer based in New Delhi, advising organisations such as the World Bank and serving on board of leading companies. In 2007, Singh was named as a Doctor of Science by his ala mater, Banaras Hindu University.
