Rishi Nityapragya, a disciple of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji, is the director of programmes in the world's largest NGO, the Art of Living Foundation.
He is a qualified chemical engineer, has had a successful corporate career and was an accomplished motorbike racer, besides being a professional singer.
Rishi means a seer, a mentor. This modern rishi can be rightly described as a 'spiritual scientist', bursting with love, energy and a never-dying enthusiasm to serve humanity.
With a scientific approach towards life, he has derived many transformative, practical formulas that he calls 'Swadhyay-Self-exploration', which are the essence of his teachings.
