Rajendra Singh Bedi was an accomplished novelist, director, script writer and playwright. He was born on 1 September 1915 Siyalkot, Punjab in British India. Formerly, he was an Urdu writer for the All India Progressive Writers' Association. After which, he became a director, screenwriter and script-writer in Hindi films.
